Legal terms and conditions agreement illustration with document and signature elements
Every website has one of these documents, and almost nobody reads them. You’re probably not going to read this one either, at least not completely. But here’s the thing: these terms actually matter. They define the relationship between you and us, establish what’s allowed and what isn’t, and determine what happens when something goes wrong.

We’re going to make this as readable as possible. No unnecessary legal jargon, no deliberately confusing language designed to hide unfavorable terms. This is a straightforward explanation of the rules governing your use of our platform. You should understand what you’re agreeing to, even if you ultimately decide not to read every word.

What You’re Agreeing To

By accessing or using this website, you’re entering into a binding agreement with us. That agreement consists of these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, our cookie policy, and any additional terms specific to particular services or promotions you might use. All of those documents together define our relationship.

You’re agreeing that you’ve read these terms, that you understand them, and that you accept them. The law considers your continued use of the site as acceptance even if you never explicitly click an “I agree” button. This might seem unfair, but it’s standard across the internet and necessary for practical operation of online services.

If you don’t agree with these terms, you need to stop using the site. That’s your only real option beyond trying to negotiate custom terms, which we’re not going to do for individual users. These are take-it-or-leave-it terms, which is less than ideal from a fairness perspective but unavoidable when operating at scale.

We can modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced through the site or via email if you have an account. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you don’t like the changes, again, your recourse is to stop using the site.

This might feel one-sided, and to some extent it is. But it’s also how virtually every online service operates. The alternative would be individual negotiations for every user, which isn’t practical. We try to keep terms fair and reasonable, but ultimately we need the flexibility to evolve our policies as the business and regulatory environment changes.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

Account security with two-factor authentication and verification process

Not everyone can use this site. Sports betting is age-restricted and jurisdiction-dependent. You must be at least eighteen years old, or whatever the legal gambling age is in your jurisdiction if higher. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting is legal. You’re responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

We implement age verification measures, but they’re not perfect. If you’re underage, don’t try to circumvent these protections. Beyond being illegal, it’s dangerous. Gambling before your brain is fully developed increases the risk of developing problematic gambling behaviors. The age restrictions exist for good reasons beyond legal compliance.

Creating an account requires providing accurate information. Your name, date of birth, address, and other details must be truthful and current. Using false information violates these terms and can result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. This isn’t arbitrary pettiness on our part. Accurate information is legally required for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

You can only have one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited because they can be used to abuse promotions, evade limits, or launder money. If we discover multiple accounts belonging to the same person, we’ll close the duplicates and potentially the original account as well. Any funds in closed accounts may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.

Account security is your responsibility. Choose a strong, unique password. Don’t share your login credentials with anyone. Enable two-factor authentication if available. If someone accesses your account because you were careless with security, you’re liable for any resulting activity. We’re not responsible for unauthorized access that results from your negligence.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate and take appropriate action, which might include temporarily suspending the account while we sort things out. The faster you report problems, the more options we have to mitigate damage.

Depositing and Withdrawing Funds

Payment methods including credit cards bank transfers and e-wallets for deposits and withdrawals

Money movement is fundamental to betting platforms, and it comes with significant complications. You can deposit funds using the payment methods we support, which typically include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets. Each method has minimum and maximum limits, processing times, and potentially fees.

Deposits usually process quickly, often instantly for card and e-wallet transactions. Bank transfers take longer, sometimes several business days. We don’t control these timeframes, the payment processors and banks do. Complaining to us about slow bank transfers won’t speed them up.

Money you deposit becomes your account balance available for betting. It’s still your money, but it’s held by us until you withdraw it or use it for wagers. We’re required to keep player funds segregated from operational funds, meaning your money stays separate from the money we use to run the business. This protects you if we face financial difficulties.

Withdrawals are more complicated than deposits. We need to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests, which is a legal requirement called Know Your Customer compliance. You’ll need to provide documentation like a government ID, proof of address, and potentially proof of payment method ownership. This is annoying but unavoidable.

First withdrawals take the longest because that’s when identity verification happens. Subsequent withdrawals process faster, though they still take longer than deposits. Withdrawal timeframes vary by payment method. E-wallets are usually fastest, often within twenty-four hours. Bank transfers can take several business days. Card refunds might take a week or more because of how card networks process transactions.

We don’t charge withdrawal fees for most methods, but payment processors might. Bank wire transfers often incur fees on both ends. Check the fee schedule for your specific payment method before requesting withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply, typically ranging from ten to fifty dollars depending on the method.

You can only withdraw to payment methods registered in your name. We can’t send money to third parties. This is another anti-money-laundering requirement. If you deposited using your credit card, your first withdrawal up to the deposited amount must go back to that card. Additional winnings can go to alternative methods, but the initial deposit reversal is mandatory.

Processing times we quote are from when we approve the withdrawal, not from when you request it. Approval can take up to seventy-two hours while we conduct security checks. Urgent withdrawal requests aren’t a thing. Everyone gets processed in order according to our standard procedures.

Betting Rules and Conduct

Sports betting rules and wagering conduct guidelines with betting slip and odds

Placing bets seems straightforward, but edge cases and disputes require clear rules. A bet is official when the platform confirms it and assigns a unique reference number. Until you receive confirmation, the bet hasn’t been placed. If you see an error message or the bet doesn’t appear in your bet history, it didn’t go through.

Once confirmed, bets generally can’t be cancelled. You made a commitment, and we accepted it. The rare exceptions are when obvious errors occur, like a wrong price being displayed due to technical problems or incorrect odds resulting from manual entry mistakes. We reserve the right to void bets placed at obviously wrong prices.

What constitutes an obvious error is somewhat subjective, but extreme deviations from market consensus qualify. If everyone else has a team at plus-money and we accidentally displayed them at minus-money, that’s clearly wrong. If odds are just slightly off from competitors, that’s normal market variation, not an error justifying voiding bets.

Settlement occurs after events conclude based on official results. We use reputable data providers to determine outcomes. Disputes about results get resolved according to official league rulings. If a result gets changed days later due to appeals or corrections, we typically stand by the initial settlement rather than reversing decisions retroactively.

Dead heat rules apply when multiple competitors tie in markets where ties aren’t an explicit option. Your stake gets divided by the number of tied winners, and you’re paid at full odds on that divided stake. This is standard across the industry but confusing if you’ve never encountered it.

Cash-out availability is at our discretion and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. When cash-out is offered, the price is our assessment of the bet’s current value considering live odds and event developments. You’re not entitled to any particular cash-out price, and you can’t complain that it’s not as good as you want. Take it or leave it, but don’t expect us to improve the offer.

Accumulator or parlay rules are more complex. All selections must win for the bet to pay out. If any selection is void, the bet continues with the remaining selections at reduced odds. If enough selections void that you’re left with fewer than your stated minimum, the entire bet voids and stakes are returned.

Prohibited Activities

Some behaviors are absolutely forbidden and will result in immediate account closure and fund forfeiture. Bonus abuse is high on that list. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly, exploiting technical loopholes in bonus terms, or coordinating with other users to abuse offers.

Arbitrage betting, where you bet both sides of a market across different platforms to guarantee profit, isn’t illegal but we don’t allow it. Sports betting platforms are entertainment services, not arbitrage engines for advantage players. We reserve the right to limit or ban accounts engaging in arbitrage.

Matched betting, which uses bonuses to create guaranteed profit through back-and-lay betting, falls into similar territory. It’s exploiting promotions in ways they weren’t intended, and we’ll close accounts doing it systematically.

Syndicate betting through coordinated groups violates terms. If we identify patterns suggesting multiple accounts are being controlled by the same entity or working together, all involved accounts get closed. This includes family members sharing information or friends coordinating bets.

Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets is prohibited. All betting activity must be manual, conducted by humans using normal browser interfaces or mobile apps. Automated betting systems can place enormous volumes of wagers quickly, which creates risks we’re not willing to accept.

Collusion or any attempt to manipulate betting markets is grounds for closure and potential legal action. This includes insider trading using non-public information, coordinating with athletes to influence outcomes, or participating in match-fixing schemes.

We monitor betting patterns for suspicious activity. Machine learning algorithms flag unusual behavior for investigation. High-volume action on obscure markets, late money on specific outcomes right before events, or betting patterns that correlate with known integrity concerns all trigger reviews.

False information in your account, fraudulent documents submitted for verification, or identity theft will result in closure and reporting to authorities. We take fraud seriously and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Responsible Gambling Obligations

Responsible gambling tools with deposit limits time controls and player protection features

We’re in the business of taking bets, but we’re also required to promote responsible gambling and protect vulnerable users. This creates some inherent tension, but regulations mandate certain protections and we implement additional measures voluntarily.

Self-exclusion lets you block yourself from your account for a period you choose. Once activated, you can’t log in, deposit, or bet until the exclusion period expires. You can’t reverse self-exclusion early. The point is protecting you from impulsive decisions during the exclusion period.

We offer deposit limits that cap how much money you can add to your account daily, weekly, or monthly. Decreases to limits take effect immediately. Increases have a mandatory cooling-off period, typically seventy-two hours, to prevent impulsive decisions during losing streaks.

Betting limits restrict how much you can wager on individual bets or in total over specific timeframes. Session time limits notify you after spending designated amounts of time actively betting. Reality checks display your total wagering and time spent at regular intervals.

These tools only work if you actually use them at meaningful levels. Setting limits far above your normal behavior accomplishes nothing. Set them low enough to constrain your worst impulses. The goal is protection from yourself when you’re not thinking clearly.

If we identify behavior suggesting problem gambling, we might proactively contact you expressing concern and encouraging use of responsible gambling tools. This isn’t us being intrusive, it’s a regulatory requirement and ethical obligation. Warning signs include chasing losses aggressively, depositing beyond apparent means, or requesting removal of self-imposed limits repeatedly.

We maintain lists of support resources for problem gambling including hotlines, counseling services, and support groups. These are confidential and often free. If betting is becoming a problem, get help before it gets worse.

Our Rights and Limitations

We maintain discretion to refuse service to anyone for almost any reason. We can limit your betting amounts, restrict access to certain markets, or close your account with minimal explanation. This sounds harsh, but it’s necessary to manage risk and protect the platform.

Professional bettors or those consistently winning might find their accounts limited. This isn’t personal, it’s business. We’re entertainment providers, not bookmakers serving sharp action. If you’re skilled enough to beat our odds consistently, congratulations, but you’ll need to take your business elsewhere.

Account closure can happen for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or simply at our discretion. When we close accounts, we process withdrawal of legitimate balances unless funds are subject to forfeiture due to terms violations. The decision to close is final and not subject to appeal.

We’re not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability, technical problems, or errors in odds display. If the site goes down during crucial betting moments, that’s unfortunate but not our legal responsibility beyond making good-faith efforts to maintain reliable service.

Third-party content on our site including scores, statistics, and commentary isn’t guaranteed accurate. We source information from reputable providers but don’t independently verify everything. Don’t rely on our platform as your only source for critical information.

We’re not responsible for taxes on your gambling winnings. Tax obligations vary by jurisdiction and are your responsibility to understand and comply with. Some jurisdictions require reporting of gambling income, others don’t. Some allow deduction of losses against winnings, others don’t. Know your local rules.

Our liability for any claims is limited to the amount in your account at the time of the issue. We’re not liable for consequential damages, lost opportunities, or any amount beyond what you actually deposited with us. This limitation is essential for our ability to operate without catastrophic risk exposure.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site including text, graphics, logos, and software is our property or licensed to us. You’re granted a limited, revocable license to access and use the site for personal betting activity. You can’t reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.

Screenshots, screen recordings, or copying odds for personal reference is fine. Systematic scraping of our site, automated data collection, or republishing our content elsewhere violates these terms. Our odds and content have commercial value that we protect.

The name of our platform, our logos, and related marks are our trademarks. You can’t use them without permission, including in social media handles, domain names, or to create impression of affiliation or endorsement.

If you believe content on our site infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with specific details. We’ll investigate legitimate claims promptly. False claims made in bad faith may result in legal consequences.

Privacy and Data Protection

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is detailed in our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Key points worth highlighting include that we collect significant personal information both during registration and ongoing use, we share information with service providers and as legally required, and we implement security measures to protect data though no system is perfectly secure.

You have rights regarding your personal data under various privacy laws depending on your location. These typically include rights to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent for optional processing. Exercising these rights may impact your ability to use certain features or services.

We retain data for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, which typically means throughout your relationship with us and for some period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Exact retention periods vary by data type and jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

If you have complaints or disputes, start by contacting customer support. Most issues can be resolved through normal support channels without formal proceedings. Provide specific details about the problem, relevant transaction references, and what resolution you’re seeking.

If support doesn’t resolve the issue satisfactorily, you can escalate to our complaints procedure detailed on the site. We’ll investigate formally and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe, typically within fourteen days.

For unresolved disputes, alternative dispute resolution services may be available depending on your jurisdiction. We’ll provide information about relevant ADR schemes if applicable. Participating in ADR is typically voluntary but may be required by licensing conditions in some markets.

Legal action is the final recourse but comes with significant limitations. Jurisdiction and venue are specified in these terms, limiting where cases can be filed. Most disputes must be handled individually rather than as class actions. Mandatory arbitration may apply in some jurisdictions.

The cost and difficulty of legal action for typical betting disputes makes it impractical in most cases. The amounts involved rarely justify lawyer fees and court costs. This imbalance is unfortunate but inherent to the economic reality of consumer disputes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we’re licensed, regardless of where you’re located. This choice of law provision means disputes get resolved according to those laws even if you’re in a different country with different legal standards.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We can’t predict every possible legal challenge, so severability clauses protect the overall agreement from being invalidated by problems with specific provisions.

Our failure to enforce a term doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later. If we let something slide once, that doesn’t mean you can keep doing it. We maintain discretion about when and how to enforce these terms.

You can’t transfer or assign your rights under these terms. You can’t sell your account or give it to someone else. Your relationship with us is personal to you. We can transfer our rights and obligations to another entity, typically in the context of corporate transactions like mergers or sales.

Force majeure protects us from liability for failures caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, infrastructure failures, or regulatory changes. If external circumstances make it impossible to operate normally, we’re not liable for resulting problems.

Contact and Communication

Customer support communication channels including live chat email and phone support

Official communication from us comes from verified email addresses associated with our domain. Be suspicious of emails claiming to be from us but originating from free email services or unrelated domains. Phishing attempts targeting gambling accounts are common.

We’ll send important notices to the email address on your account. Keep it current and check it regularly. You’re responsible for information sent to that address whether you actually read it or not.

You can contact us through methods listed on the site including email, live chat, and potentially phone support. Response times vary by contact method and time of day. Chat is typically fastest for simple questions. Email is better for complex issues requiring investigation.

When contacting support, include your account username or ID, specific details about the issue, relevant transaction or bet references, and clear description of what resolution you’re seeking. Vague complaints without specifics are impossible to investigate effectively.

Platform Changes and Continuity

We can modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without notice. New features may be added, existing ones removed or changed. We’re not obligated to maintain any particular functionality indefinitely.

Markets, odds, and betting options vary constantly based on sporting schedules, risk management decisions, and business priorities. Availability of specific bets or market types isn’t guaranteed. We may limit or exclude certain users from particular markets at our discretion.

The platform evolves continuously. Software updates, interface changes, and new features roll out regularly. Major changes might be announced, minor tweaks happen constantly without notification. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the platform as it exists at that moment.

Final Thoughts

These terms are long and cover numerous scenarios, many of which will never affect you. But they exist because edge cases happen, disputes arise, and clear rules help resolve problems. We’ve tried to be straightforward about what’s expected and what happens when things go wrong.

The relationship is inherently unequal. We set the terms, you accept or walk away. That’s unavoidable at our scale, but we try to balance legitimate business needs against fairness to users. Perfect alignment isn’t always possible, but transparency about tensions beats hiding them in confusing language.

Read the sections relevant to activities you engage in. Understand the basics about accounts, money, betting, and prohibited behavior. The detailed legal provisions might never matter to you personally, but they’re there if needed.

When in doubt, ask. Support can clarify confusing terms before you do something that violates them. It’s better to understand expectations upfront than deal with consequences of accidental violations later.

These terms, combined with our other policies, define our relationship. They’re binding on both of us. Take them seriously, follow them honestly, and most of your interactions with our platform will be smooth and problem-free.
